Short CV: 

Vassilios Tzortzis is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Florence (1990) and holds a PhD from the Medical School of AUTh (2003). He completed his Urology residency at the Urinary Organ Clinic of AUTh and at the Urology Clinic of 'Gregorio Maranon' University Hospital in Madrid, Spain. After completing his residency, he became involved in Clinical Urology at the Urology Clinic of AUTh and at the Urology Clinic of the University of Thessaly. He currently serves as Assistant Professor of Urology at the University of Thessaly. He is the Head of the Uro-oncology Clinic of the Urology Clinic of the University Hospital of Larissa. He is a member of numerous Greek and international scientific associations. He is a Fellow of the European Board of Urology. He serves as a reviewer for international and Greek journals. He has authored numerous publications in international and Greek journals and books.
