Challenges in Urological Surgery: Prostate Cancer

Is surgery always the indicated solution? Presentation of a 65-year man with Prostate Cancer T1 visiting 2 physicians. The first physician suggests Prostatectomy, while the second one Brachytherapy. Participants are divided in 2 groups: each group tries to provide evidence in support of one of the two therapeutic options and against the other. Results will be presented the following morning within the context of a debate between the two groups.
