Εvery day we see cases of patients with lithiasis having urinary infections. The fear of sepsis always concerns us, and we have to intervene early and successfully. Through such a case, we will discuss protocols of prevention, early diagnosis and immediate treatment. We will also consider the safe surgical treatment of patients with a history of infections.
