It is considered to be the part that we know the best of all in the field of "Erectile dysfunction". However, there are still many questions that remain unanswered. How can a young man possibly have a vascular problem? How is it possible to have a triplex of penile vasculature showing penis venous leakage while blood pressure is normal? Why aren’t erectile drugs effective in men who do have erection but do not have the necessary penile rigidity? How do we treat patients with moderate response to the highest dose of phosphodiesterase inhibitors? In a patient with erectile dysfunction and concomitant diseases, should we collaborate with a General Physician or a Diabetologist or a Cardiologist and, if yes, to what extent would that help?
